P-Bear being rather cat-like and sleeping in the sun
Not everyone can have a piano in her kitchen like Neko Case, but it’s good to know that she has an Ikea duvet like everyone else.

I am generally under the impression there is no more perfect human specimen alive. Every time she pops up on my radar, she’s doing something that makes me fall a little more in love. #andohmygodiwantthatkitchen

Area Cat Shocked to Hear They Canceled ‘Lopez Tonight’
Numerous reports indicate a Scottish Fold named Manmaru just got word that the late night TBS talk show Lopez Tonight was canceled back in August.
“He’s still catching up on episodes saved in his DVR,” says a source close to the situation. “He had no idea the show was off the air.”

I am certain I am not emotionally stable enough to deal with this currently. She’s my honey boo boo child!
THIS.
I find community development endlessly fascinating and don’t understand why logic rarely wins out.

Edinburgh, Scotland.
I LOVED Edinburgh when I visited, and that was when I was too young to fully appreciate it. I hope I have the opportunity to go back someday.

get down from there cat. you may not use my instrument case to look out the window. you’d better see that screen there cat or else you’re about to squash your head. though it will serve you right for squashing my instrument.
Yay! Izzy’s famous [again]! I can’t wait until the next time I get to see my kitties!
UPDATE: I obviously don’t have very many followers, so can I just say it’s a really weird experience for me to look at the notes of this picture of my cat, in my old room, seeing my neighborhood in the background, with other people reblogging it and commenting on it and whatnot.
Located six hours from Reykjavik in the remote fishing village of Húsavík, the Icelandic Phallological Museum made headlines in July 2011 when curator Sigurdur Hjartarson acquired the newest, ahem, member to join his collection: a Homo sapiens example donated by local lothario Pall Arason after he passed away at the age of 95. Aside from the pickled genitalia of a once-promiscuous nonagenarian, the museum boasts 275 phalli from more than 46 species (all cataloged here) including whales, seals, a walrus, a polar bear and a variety of land mammals ranging from rabbits to reindeer. The biggest? A sperm whale specimen measuring 67 inches long and weighing 150 pounds.
So my parents were in Iceland this past summer and they definitely visited this museum. And they had stories. And I didn’t really want to hear them. Especially from my parents. Good times, good times.
